The Monaco Yacht Show, held annually in late September at Port Hercule, is the definitive global showcase for superyachts above 30 metres. Four days, 120 yachts, and an attendance of 30,000 professionals, owners, and brokers create a logistics environment that requires ground-level coordination of the highest order. FFGR Monaco provides a full concierge service for Yacht Show week: transport, accommodation liaison, dockside logistics, and the personal coordination that ensures clients arrive at the right vessel at the right time.
Port Hercule Access During the Show
Port Hercule is transformed during Yacht Show week. Quai Antoine Ier and the inner harbour are closed to general vehicle access; a credentialed vehicle system governs who can approach the show docks. FFGR Monaco holds Yacht Show vehicle credentials annually, allowing our drivers to reach the designated VIP vehicle zone adjacent to the show entrance — an access that off-the-shelf chauffeur services cannot replicate.
For owners and brokers managing multiple vessel viewings across the four show days, we provide a dedicated driver-and-vehicle package: the same vehicle and driver available from 08h00 to 22h00 daily, repositioning between the Hôtel de Paris, the Fairmont, the Monte-Carlo Bay, and the show docks in coordinated sequence. No app, no dispatch uncertainty — a known, briefed driver who understands the show geography.
Helicopter Access and Arrival Sequences
Many Yacht Show visitors arrive by helicopter from Nice, Cannes, or Genoa. FFGR Monaco coordinates the helicopter-to-dockside sequence: helicopter to Monaco Fontvieille heliport, ground vehicle to Port Hercule, credentialed dock access. For departures, the reverse sequence is planned around the show's daily programme — helicopter slots from Monaco to Nice fill quickly during Yacht Show week and must be reserved before arrival.
For superyacht owners attending from their own vessel in the inner harbour, we provide tender coordination: meeting the tender at the pontoon with a vehicle staged on Quai des États-Unis, and managing the disembarkation-to-vehicle handoff with no waiting on the dock.
Dinner, Events, and After-Show
Yacht Show evenings extend well beyond the official show closing time. Private dinners aboard yachts at anchor, cocktail events at Hôtel Hermitage terraces, broker parties at the Salle d'Armes — FFGR Monaco covers the full evening programme with the same driver continuity that began with the morning airport arrival. We do not return the client at 20h00 and consider the day complete; we remain engaged until the client is settled for the night.
For international visitors using Monaco as a base for the Cannes Superyacht Show (held concurrently), we operate the Monaco–Cannes–Monaco corridor during Yacht Show week, timing departures and returns around both shows' programmes.
