Real Estate Tour Monaco — Savills, Knight Frank & Tour Odéon Penthouse Visits

May 2026 · 6 min read · FFGR Monaco Team

Buying property in Monaco is not a weekend exercise. A serious acquisition programme requires visits across multiple buildings, districts, and price tiers — sometimes on a single afternoon, sometimes over three days of return visits. The principals conducting these tours are typically flying in from London, Geneva, or the Gulf; their time in Monaco is finite and every hour must convert into decision-relevant information. Our real estate chauffeur service exists to make that conversion as efficient as possible.

Coordinating with Savills, Knight Frank & Local Agencies

Monaco’s prime real estate agencies — Savills, Knight Frank, Engel & Völkers, and the Principality’s own specialist brokers — manage viewing schedules with precision. We work from the agency’s confirmed schedule and add our own buffer logic to ensure the client arrives at each property at the correct moment: not so early that the broker is still setting up, and never late enough to compress the visit.

We maintain standing relationships with the concierge teams at Tour Odéon, the Mirabeau, and the Millefiori residences, which allows us to access private garage entrances when the front door is impractical for a discreet arrival.

Tour Odéon & The Penthouse Tier

The Tour Odéon Sky Penthouse — five floors, 3,300 m², asking price in excess of €300 million — is visited by fewer than a dozen qualified principals per year. The viewing is a managed event: the agent, the building concierge, and occasionally the developer’s representative are all present. The vehicle that brings the principal to the building is part of the impression.

We deliver Tour Odéon visits in the Phantom VIII or the Rolls-Royce Cullinan, positioned at the building’s private entrance on Boulevard Louis II. The timing is calibrated to the second — the vehicle does not wait at the kerb for longer than 90 seconds before the principal enters the building.

Multi-District Property Days

A typical Monaco property tour covers three to five distinct addresses across Monte-Carlo, Fontvieille, Larvotto, and the Condamine. Each district has its own traffic dynamics and parking constraints.

Our vehicles for property days carry a portable scanner for reviewing floor plans and title documents in transit, along with a refreshment service calibrated to the client’s preferences. The goal is that the client steps out of the vehicle for each viewing fully composed — not hurried, not distracted.

Photography & Documentation Runs

Some clients require a return visit to a property they have already viewed — this time with a structural engineer, an interior designer, or a personal advisor. We coordinate these follow-up visits, which often require different timing to capture natural light or to avoid the primary tenant.

We also provide transport for clients reviewing properties remotely: driving the architect or acquisition advisor to document the property in detail while the principal reviews materials from London or Riyadh via secure video call from the vehicle.

Post-Visit Programme — Notaries & Legal Advisors

Once a property is identified, the acquisition process moves to Monaco’s notarial system. The Chambre des Notaires de Monaco and specialist real estate attorneys are located primarily in the Condamine and Monte-Carlo districts. We coordinate the notary visits as part of the same programme.

Our drivers understand the confidentiality of real estate transactions at this level and do not discuss client destinations with building staff, agency representatives, or other parties in the vehicle.
